Health, balance and well-being are at the core of Nancy's work with clients. Reconnecting to our wholeness with mind, body, heart, and spirit is crucial to our well-being. Nancy's work allows the connection and balance to take place through her gentle techniques and within a nurturing, healing environment. The style of body work Nancy has developed involves a combination of acupressure and CranioSacral Therapy, including direct, indirect cranial therapy, connective tissue work and visceral manipulation techniques. This blend of techniques creates a healing and relaxing experience for the recipient.
Nancy works with adults, children, babies, and animals on health issues ranging from structural problems to emotional issues. She also addresses learning disabilities, especially with children.
A warm and safe environment is created for your healing experience. In addition, Nancy teaches self-help methods to assist in making your session a self-empowering one. CranioSacral Therapy, Acupressure, Chinese and Western herbs, and flower essences are integral parts of this healing body work experience and practice.
Labyrinths: Finding Your Center . . .
A labyrinth is an ancient symbol that relates to wholeness.
It combines the imagery of the circle and the spiral into a meandering but purposeful path. It represents a journey to our own center and back again out into the world. Labyrinths have long been used as meditation and prayer tools. A labyrinth is an archetype with which we can have a direct experience.
Nancy's practice is located at the Labyrinth Center in Richmond, California. The Labyrinth Center serves the community with both psychotherapy and bodywork practices. The labyrinth in the backyard garden is open to clients and visitors.
